Claudia’s own journey into coaching grew from resilience and transition. After a career ending Achilles tendon injury, she redirected her passion for coaching, growth and development into education, where she went on to become a respected headteacher. This experience underpins an approach that supports individuals and organisations to navigate change with clarity, confidence and balance.
