About Us
Introduction
RenewEd Ltd is a UK coaching practice founded by Claudia Cubbage, a former headteacher, headteacher coach, career change coach and author of RenewEd Leadership.
RenewEd Ltd was established following more than three decades of Claudia’s work in education, leadership and personal development. The practice brings together her experience as a school leader, coach and athlete, offering a thoughtful space for professionals and school leaders to reflect on the direction of their work and the impact they want to have.
Meet Claudia
Claudia Cubbage is a former secondary headteacher, international athlete and certified health and wellbeing coach with over 30 years of professional experience. Her career has been shaped by working in environments where resilience, sustained performance and clear thinking are essential.
Having spent nearly a decade leading a secondary school, Claudia gained first hand experience of the responsibility and complexity that leadership brings. Her interest in coaching developed from a desire to create space for leaders and professionals to think more clearly about the challenges they face and the decisions ahead of them.
Alongside her work with school leaders, Claudia also works with professionals from a wide range of sectors who are considering a change in direction. Her coaching supports individuals to understand how their experience and skills can translate into new opportunities and roles.
Claudia is the author of RenewEd Leadership, the first book in the RenewEd series. The book introduces the Headteacher’s Compass framework of Balance, Clarity, Impact and Renewal and explores how coaching can help school leaders sustain themselves while leading complex organisations.

Our Journey
RenewEd Ltd grew from Claudia’s long standing commitment to coaching, leadership development and personal growth. Throughout her career she has worked with individuals at many stages of their professional lives, from emerging leaders to experienced professionals making significant career decisions.
This experience informs an approach that is practical, reflective and grounded in real leadership experience.
